Our Terms and Conditions for Service

~ Kula Fields customers may order online for a produce box delivery &/or grocery items. Members MUST place an order for a produce box in order to get any grocery delivery. Non-members can place an order for a delivery but only with a $50.00 minimum purchase order. Non-member orders placed for member pricing and those that do not meet the minimum purchase amount will be cancelled.

~ The contents of the produce boxes will vary week to week depending on the time of year & what we are told is looking good according to our farmers. We always try to get a nice selection out to the customers.

~ We will not make a delivery if your card is declined or if you have an unpaid balance.

~ If you ever have a billing discrepancy, please give us a call & we will be sure to straighten it out as quickly as possible.

~ Members will receive their produce boxes at the customer specified delivery location with the requested frequency until we hear otherwise from you.

~ Any changes to your account must be done by you by logging in to your member dashboard or by emailing us.

~ Any changes to your order must be done by our deadline. Once the deadline hits we are unable to make any changes to your account. Our current deadline is Sunday 10Pm for Wednesday through Saturday deliveries & Wednesday 10PM for Monday deliveries, before the next scheduled delivery day.

~ There is no commitment to Kula Fields. If you would like to cancel your account all you need to do is log-in to your account and go to change subscription. From here, click cancel subscription. A subscription cannot be canceled while an order is in progress, so you will have to cancel once you have received your box and prior to the order deadline.

~ Your delivery days and times are based upon your location. We reserve the right to change your delivery day at any time with 3 days notice. Notice will be given via phone, email, website, &/or delivery box.

~ We reserve the right to refuse delivery service to anyone, any place & any time for any reason.

~ Members do not need to be home at the time of delivery. Please leave your previous weeks box & ice pack out for reuse. Ice packs can keep items chilled up to 4 hours.

~ We do not guarantee delivery by any hour!

~ Deliveries made to offices or apartment buildings can be arranged to be left with secretaries or apartment managers. You are responsible for setting up arrangements & picking up from them.

~ We stand behind our deliveries 100%. Kula Fields offers a “Freshness Guarantee” on produce items for at least 3 days after delivery with proper storage and handling once delivered to the customer. Unsatisfied Customers will be given a credit on their Kula Fields account in the form of additional or replacement produce items, with credit to be given on their next scheduled delivery date.

~ Prices & fees are subject to change without notice.

~ Drivers are not responsible for relaying messages back to the office.

~ Drivers are allowed to accept tips at a customer’s discretion.  They are usually quite appreciated!

~ Please be sure that you have read our policies & terms BEFORE you sign up for services. If you do not agree
with all of our policies or terms…we may not be the delivery service for you!

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
